Product Overview
The T.O.R.K.® (Tactical Operator Response Kit) is one of North American Rescue's most widely adopted individual first aid kits, standard issue for law enforcement agencies and tactical units across North America. Its distinctive Red-Tip Technology® pull tab is instantly recognizable under stress, allowing operators to locate and deploy the kit even in degraded conditions. The MOLLE/PALS compatible pouch mounts securely to body armor and is compatible with NAR Quick Detach Panels for off-body staging.
The four-tier loadout system makes the TORK one of the most customizable IFAKs available. The Basic tier covers hemorrhage and respiration. Basic w/Combat Gauze adds CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic capability. Advanced w/Combat Gauze and Advanced w/ChitoGauze® add a 28F NPA and ARS® needle decompression kit for full MARCH Airway and Respiration management. The ChitoGauze® variant provides chitosan-based hemostasis as an alternative to kaolin-based Combat Gauze®.
Unique among NAR kits, the TORK includes 7.25 in. trauma shears and a polycarbonate eye shield in every configuration — making it a more complete operator kit than the M-FAK or Mini-TAK platforms. At 1 lb 5 oz and 7×4.5×2.75 in., it remains compact enough for all-day body armor carry.
