The 8" × 5.5" × 4" profile accommodates chest seals, pressure bandages, hemostatic gauze, NPAs, and decompression needles without forcing you to compress or repack between uses. The dual-zipper drop-front panel lays completely flat when open, giving you immediate visual access to everything stored inside.
The interior is purpose-organized: the drop panel features 4 vertical and 4 horizontal elastic loops to secure smaller items in place, while the main compartment contains 2 wider elastic loops for larger supplies and an adjustable elastic drawstring panel that conforms to your specific loadout. Four internal pockets keep loose items controlled. A hook-and-loop nameplate on the exterior allows for a medical cross patch, unit identifier, or blood type marker — important for rapid ID in multi-casualty situations.
