Product Overview

The Lightning-X MOLLE Medic Pouch (LXPB15) is designed for first responders, EMS personnel, and prepared civilians who need a versatile MOLLE-attachable medical pouch at an accessible price point. The pouch attaches directly to any MOLLE/PALS platform — vest, bag, or backpack — and offers more organizational features than most pouches in its class.

Eight interior elastic loops organize cylindrical items like tourniquet tubes, rolled gauze, NPA airways, and marker pens without additional strapping. The mesh interior pocket handles flat items, while the fully enclosed zippered pocket provides a secure secondary compartment for gloves, reference cards, or small supplies. A drainage grommet at the base prevents water accumulation — useful for outdoor, maritime, or rainy-environment deployments.

The padded top handle and D-ring hardware enable grab-and-carry use when removed from the MOLLE platform, functioning as a hand-carry pouch for staging on treatment tables or passing to other responders. The hook-and-loop nameplate panel on the front accepts ID, blood type, or unit identifier patches.
