Product Overview

The Thomas EMS ALS Hard Case is the medication management centerpiece of the Thomas hard case line. The defining feature is the large removable padded drug case mounted in the lid by a magnetic securing system—allowing the drug case to be detached and taken to a second patient location, enabling multiple medics to work simultaneously from the same case on multi-victim scenes without bringing the full case to each patient. This is the same magnetic lid architecture used in the Thomas BLS and Airway Hard Cases, creating a unified ecosystem of Thomas hard case products.

The 18.25" × 14" × 7" interior provides substantial ALS supply volume, organized with color-coded pockets that allow crews to locate specific equipment categories by color convention rather than reading labels under stress. The padded drug case in the lid has its own internal organization specifically designed for the complete ALS pharmacological load-out: a complete airway section capable of holding 8 laryngoscope blades, a lockable vinyl pocket for controlled substances, and a deep clear vinyl pocket for ET tubes (accommodates approximately 16 ET tubes).

Constructed from fluid-resistant heavy-weight vinyl with high-visibility glow-in-the-dark zipper pulls, the ALS Hard Case matches the durability and cleanability standards of the Thomas case line. The magnetic lid system opens with a single motion on scene, and the case can be stood upright during use with the lid open and the drug case remaining in place for full simultaneous access to both the base compartment and the drug case without any setup beyond opening the lid.
