The TacMed™ R-AID® Kit represents TacMed Solutions' tactical medic bag platform for the most demanding medical operators: military 68W medics, 18D Special Forces medical sergeants, and SWAT tactical medics who must deliver comprehensive trauma care to multiple casualties in dynamic, non-permissive environments. The R-AID is built around three core tactical medical requirements: rapid access to life-saving interventions, organizational flexibility to adapt the kit to the operator's workflow, and structural durability under repeated field use.
The top flap rapid-access compartment is the R-AID's most operationally critical feature — it holds the tourniquets, chest seals, and airway devices needed in the first 30 seconds of casualty care, accessible without opening the main bag. The loop-tape lined main compartment allows complete configuration freedom: any VELCRO-backed pouches or inserts can be repositioned to match the individual medic's preference and mission loadout. The rear sleeve holds triage cards and casualty marking materials for mass casualty documentation — a capability often overlooked in standalone IFAK systems.
Three carry options — backpack, shoulder messenger, and panel hang — allow the R-AID to adapt from dismounted operations to vehicle mounting to fixed-position treatment post staging.
