Overview

The NAR Public Access INDIVIDUAL Bleeding Control Kit – Vacuum Sealed packages the same CoTCCC-recommended hemorrhage control supplies as the nylon kit into a vacuum-sealed format that reduces the stored volume to a compact flat profile, extends shelf life by protecting contents from humidity and contamination, and allows deployment in space-constrained locations where the nylon bag's profile is too large.

Vacuum-sealed kits are the standard choice for wall-mount cases and AED cabinet co-locations, where the flat profile allows multiple kits to stack in a single cabinet drawer. They are also preferred for long-term storage programs where kits may sit for 2–3 years between inspections, as the vacuum seal prevents moisture degradation of the nitrile gloves and gauze products.

The four available variants follow the same Basic → Intermediate → Advanced progression as the nylon kit, with the Advanced variants providing CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic dressings for deeper wound packing capability:
